Successful project management is a combination of approximately 20% hard skills and 80% soft skills. The hard skills relate to the actual processes, procedures, tools and techniques comprising planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling, while the soft skills relate to the project managers attitudes and behaviour .

IN the project, implementation is important to the project management and it manage by the person who known as project manager.A project manager is person who has overall responsibility for successful planning and execution of a project. Hey / she must possess a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve interpersonal conflicts as well as more systematic management skills.

Firstly the project manager must make sure the project met its scope.time and goal cost o thta it will be done in the time it had required to finish.Then the communication is very important becausethe project manager shouldbe flexible and communicate effectively becuse he need to communicate with the project sponsor and also stakeholder.its important to make clear about the project activies or the step of the deliaverable project with the stake holder or project sponsor so that clear idea what is goin on with the project.
thirdly the Project manager must consider the project are satified the customer/stakeholder or project sponsor because even its meet the scope,time and goal because the customer/stakeholder or project sponsor might not be satifiesd,if the customer unhappy with the important aspect in the project it will be deemed a failure..

The current system is not bale to provide the flexibilty and sophistication needed to support the enhanced banking system.A new core banking system has been identified that able to meet CBA growth objective.

This project was useful to the bank because it improves service delivery and reduces future costs.

The cost of implementing this project may be on the higher side due to the property rights of the T24system. In addition there has to be training of the staff to learn the new system.

In addition there has to be increased hardware specifications because the system can handle more information therefore the was the need for new servers.

While doing the trail run the feed back from bank customers was that the Online Services allows customers to manage various aspects of their Card Accounts, saving customer time and giving them complete control. It will improve the money tallying from the tellers end and improve security. Furthermore it improves the respondance time between the machines and the human beings with the bank.
