Dramatic Growth Demands Spur Unisia PRMS™ V. 8.4 Support ShenZhaoAn 1000819054

1 .Based on the article, there was a problem of corrupted data in the midst of project implementation, which affected the demonstration of correct processes in the PRMS class and the live system. How was this problem solved? Explain your points.

I think that the training environment is the cause of this problem. This article mentioned that there are a little people retrain in the project planning. The UGC’s Paul Voogd said that training alone would be of little value. They correct data in the training environment, do some Additional training and correct the data accuracy. These implementations help the company get more success. Every project is constrained in different way by its scope, time, and cost goals. If this company wants to do this project successfully, they must Processing these three factors well.

3 .According to the article, there were more problems discovered during the whole project implementation. Do you think this project was successfully managed? In you own opinion, what caused these discoveries to occur (in other words,” what went wrong?”), and what do you think should be done to avoid these?

I think this project was not successfully managed. They can do it more successful in many respects, such as experienced project manager, user involvement and executive support. Project manager only strive to meet specific scope, time, cost, and quality goals of the project is not enough. Project manager must grasp the whole process to meet the human resource, procurement management, communication and risk. These problem occurred because the project is not perfect and the neglect of the relation of the process groups and the knowledge areas. To avoid these, every stage of project management process groups can be related with the knowledge areas, which can make the project more detailed visible. And the manager must take the triple constraints into account.
