Project manager must grasp the whole process to meet the human resource, procurement management, communication and risk. These problem occurred because the project is not perfect and the neglect of the relation of the process groups and the knowledge areas. To avoid these, every stage of project management process groups can be related with the knowledge areas, which can make the project more detailed visible.
