As a possible solution of the problem project manager propose an upgrading and renewal model. After two years school computers should be sold, either to teachers or pupils, for example, for 30% of the price. There is a serious problem of lack of teacher's skills to manage the available software and hardware. Apart from the teacher's preservice and inservice training, project manager approach this problem with some organisational solutions (distribution of installed software on CD) and with gradually introducing IT technicians in schools.
Eliminating unnecessary budget: Budgeting officers should divide important level of output components of road transportation and consider output that relate with objective of the project. Budgeting officers would eliminate unnecessary output, which can lead more amount of budget, which included in project proposal without relating with targets. Therefore, budgeting officers can eliminate unnecessary budget and budgeting officers also can select the most important project



4. the success of the Petra project was crucially depended on informatisation of curricula, networking and multimedia, teachers ’ education, establishing the life-cycle of IT equipment and introduction of IT technicians. Was the evaluation of these elements show success? How was it measured?
yes, the evaluation of the elements that Petra project was depended on was showing successfully. Based on the main article and report of solkan school show some good points and the result that were: They’ve shared their knowledge and experiences, also the subprojects through the network and try to solve their problems or develop them to progressed information, knowledge of project to meet its goals. As well Teachers training helped the teachers’ progress during the project developing and it raise the teachers’ abilities and knowledge as well as project getting progressed. The lectures made as very well organized and designed multimedia which is providing efficient data and good knowledge for the students. Besides these kind of teaching is more attractive for students and the teachers and students both will get good result of it.
The measurement of these elements evaluations were grouped in two different ways one measurement way is measuring the evaluation compared to past and the other one is measuring the evaluations compare to other schools and different areas base on time and locations.
