Some of the benefits were achieved by South Carolina IT PMO for example;
Staff productivity was achieved by staff maximizing time to become more productive in time management. Time management is one of the highlights of the training provided and it enables staff to work at a measured rate thereby resulting in project work completion at a faster rate.
Cost performance was achieved by project completion under budgetary conditions is seen as an achievement. Most projects fail due to circumstance which might involve project cost being greater than forecasted. Therefore, completion of project under budget constraints was necessary.
Customer satisfaction this cannot be measured in any way. A customer can only be satisfied if his or her requirements have been met. A project is carried out with the customer requirements as a backbone. A successful project is one in which customer requirements are met, thus satisfaction for the customer.

QN4. What was the role of PTMOC in this project, in terms of project management? Elaborate each activity that the PTMOC might have involved in.
The role of PMTOC in this project was designed to advise the Project Management Office (PMO) on how the State might best use project management training and certification program to become a recognized leader in delivering cost effective project management training.
The activities involved in PMTOC are time and budget performance and schedule performance; The PMTOC was to train future project managers on how to maximize their schedule time and budget which is considered to be a period of time such as plans, revenues, expenses and flow of cash.
Schedule performance this is accurately done by measuring the plan of the project there fore the future project manager is taught how to schedule time for the projects. Thus is the project manager can estimate the time period when the project is to be accomplished
