2.How was the client involved in the project, in terms of evaluation?
The client helps in many ways in recommending and suggesting in making sure that they contributeto the provision of the information that cisco needs and then evaluation is done
The purposes listed for these meeting of the customers in the TelePresence rooms evaluate the measures and deployments made by cisco. Customers presentation also help in evaluation as the article suggests The ability to invite more customers to participate in virtual meetings with experts provides better information and interaction that is where cisco gets more of its evaluation
Our article suggest that most of clients who are the users moreover the Customers will be able to schedule meetings with cisco technical experts more quickly, and Cisco employees will be able to meet with more customers who give the information which is based on the client presentations
3.Do you think that Cisco could repeat the same success for every client? How can they ensure that?
If cisco can note down the information that the client is giving they can repeat same success Simple activation of TelePresence meeting by users means no user training was required .users learn about the TelePresence room availability through announcements on the Cisco IT Website, which also explains the entitlement process and reservation procedures. Although lower levels of user support are required compared to video conferencing systems, a separate IP phone in the TelePresence room allows users to contact the internal technical support team for assistance as needed during a meeting this makes sure that the company archieves all success with every client.
