Q2. How was the client involved in the project, in terms of evaluation?

Ans: They use Cisco TelePresence as a experiment, and they can provide efficient related data and information timely. This is quite important to the developers, it helps calibrate the system if the system has any disadvantages or problems. And on the hand, the client also can provide some good advices in their own area, through the use of the Cisco TelePresence system, the client can assist in evaluating the system and providing much-needed feedback. The client can assess the interface to help the company determine the level to which it is user friendly. It’s also needed to evaluate the system to determine whether the implementation of the Cisco TelePresence system actually increases user satisfaction and understanding and whether there has been an improvement in employee productivity. it’s also very useful to the project and improve the whole project.


Q4. Managing a CTP project involved a number of components. In your opinion, what is the best method of planning the evaluation of these components?

Ans: There are several components involved in Project Management, but in my opinion of this CTP the best method to planning the evaluation of these components is project communication management. Many experts agree that the greatest threat to the success of any project, especially IT projects is a failure to communicate. Lots of problems in other knowledge areas, such as an unclear scope or unrealistic schedules, indicate problems with communications. It is crucial for project managers and their teams to make good communications a priority, especially with key stakeholders, like to management. And the goal of project communications management is to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and disposition of project information. According to this case, CTP make so much planning and methods, their final goal is also communicate with the clients and get the information they need to help perfect the CTP system and get better profit. So project communication management is the best method.
